Skip and Loafer episode 10 Recap

Mitsumi and Shima’s class is presenting a musical for the school festival. Shima meets with Chris, and after Chris finds out Shima’s in the cast, he warns him about being concerned with his own feelings. Mitsumi sees the class doing preparations and asks Asano if there’s anything she can do. Asano asks Mitsumi to look over the rehearsal video because they’re currently over the running time. Shima notices Mitsumi’s getting tired due to taking in a lot of tasks, but Mitsumi insists she’s fine.

The following day, Mitsumi misses the meeting with Asano and the others. Shima overhears Asano talking badly about Mitsumi, and Shima remembers his childhood because of her. He goes to Mitsumi to check on her, and she starts crying after realizing that Shima didn’t really want to be in the play. Shima cheers her up by reenacting one of the scenes from the play with her.

Mitsumi thanks him for cheering her up, and she insists she has no problem getting back on track with things. Shima also celebrates his 16th birthday, and the countdown for the school festival begins.
