Lena Dunham is set to team up with Netflix on a new romantic comedy, according to a recent report from World of Reel.

What do we know about Lena Dunham’s new movie?

The brief report mentions that the movie will be called Too Much and will be about an “American woman in London.” Nothing else was mentioned in the report, however, other than the fact that Dunham will be writing and directing the project.

Dunham is best known for creating, directing, writing, producing, and starring in the hit HBO comedy-drama Girls, which premiered in 2012. The series earned a ton of praise, as well as a variety of awards, including wins at the Emmy Awards, a Writers Guild of America Award, and various Golden Globe wins.

Recently, Dunham wrote and directed the 2022 comedy film Sharp Stick, which starred Kristine Froseth, Jon Bernthal, Luka Sabbat, and Dunham. She also wrote and directed the 2022 medieval comedy film Catherine Called Birdy, which premiered on Amazon’s Prime Video service last year.
