SpongeBob: Krusty Cook-Off came to the Switch digitally in April 2021. The cooking game is now releasing physically on the platform for $29.99 on February 21, 2023, and this version comes with an exclusive poster and an extra helping of DLC.

As shown by the above picture, it appears as though the poster is a slightly bigger version of the game’s box art (which is also an edited version of the 10th season’s DVD cover). The DLC included in this package has a new comic book convention-themed area, New Kelp City, with five additional restaurants as well as a costume pack that has four more outfits.

However, Nighthawk Interactive didn’t release screenshots of the new area or costumes. It’s also currently unclear how current owners of the digital version will get access to the new content.

Krusty Cook-Off has been released in multiple forms, as it was recently ported to Netflix’s array of games under the name SpongeBob: Get Cooking. This was only after the title made its way to mobile systems, PC, and Switch all at different times.
