Season 2 has the same number of episodes as Season 1. It continues the journey of Moiraine Damodred and 5 young men and women, one of whom could be the reincarnation of “the Dragon,” according to Damodred.

The cast of season 2 includes Rosamund Pike as Moiraine Damodred in the lead. Other returning actors are Daniel Henney, Kae Alexander, Álvaro Morte, Madeleine Madden, Michael McElhatton, Sophie Okonedo, and Zoë Robins. But they will also be joined by a few new faces involving Ragga Ragnars, Maja Simonsen, Jay Duffy, and Rima Te Wiata.

When do new The Wheel of Time Season 2 episodes come out?

New episodes of The Wheel of Time Season 2 typically come out every Friday on Amazon Prime Video. The season ends on October 6, 2023.

The official synopsis for the series reads:

“In season two, threats new and very old seek out the young friends from the Two Rivers, now scattered over the world. The woman who found and guided them is now powerless to help, and so they must find other sources of strength. In each other, or themselves. In the Light … or the Dark.”
