Pig Killer stars Busey in the lead role, alongside Bai Ling (The Crow), Lew Temple (The Walking Dead), and Ginger Lynn (The Devils Rejects). The film is written and directed by Chad Ferrin (Exorcism at 60,000 Feet) and produced by Robert Rhine, who also appears in the film.

Inspired by the acts of real-life serial killer Robert ‘Willy’ Pickton, Pig Killer looks to be a highly stylized telling of Stockton’s acts, including his history in Canada leading up to his arrest in 2002. Pickton is now recognized as one of Canada’s most prolific serial killers and was sentenced to life in prison with no possibility of parole for 25 years.
