ComingSoon is debuting an exclusive The Lake trailer for the Thai monster movie directed by Lee Thongkham. The movie is set to release in select theaters on March 10, digitally on March 14, and on Blu-ray on April 14.

“A gigantic and bloodthirsty monster emerges from a lake after its egg is stolen and unleashes its fury on a town’s inhabitants, leaving a trail of destruction and death in its wake,” reads the film’s synopsis. “The town of Bueng Kan, now cut off from the outside world, must mobilize its officials and citizens, as well as a group of scientists that are in town conducting research, to catch this predator before it’s too late.”

The Lake was directed by Lee Thongkham, produced by Watson Boy Homsangpradit, and executive produced by Patrick Ewald. It stars Aom Sushar Manaying, Pu Vithaya Pansringarm, Lamyai Haithongkham, Krit Shahkrit Yamnam, and Tui Teerapat Satjakul.
