Emmys, Winners

The 74th Annual Emmy Awards aired on NBC last night, and it would seem competition was stiff with some of the most popular shows going head-to-head in a bevy of categories. Ted Lasso and Abbott Elementary were big comedy winners last night, beating out the likes of Barry and Only Murders in the Building. And Better Call Saul fans are disappointed to see that the Breaking Bad spin-off would not take home an award in any of its nominated categories.

Michael Keaton was one of the stories of the night as he won his first ever Emmy for Dopesick. And Abbott Elementary’s Sheryl Lee Ralph made a splash with her passionate acceptance speech when she won the award for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series.
