Madix confirmed the news during a recent appearance on GMA (via The Hollywood Reporter). Currently, no other cast members for the series have been announced.

Madix is best known for her starring role as herself in the Bravo reality television series Vanderpump Rules. The series focuses on Lisa Vanderpump and the staff at her various restaurants and bars. Her name was catapulted into stardom during the latest season of the series, where it was revealed that her longtime partner Tom Sandoval had been having an affair (dubbed the “Scandoval”) with her friend and cast member Raquel Leviss.

Currently, the series is filming its 11th season. This means Madix will pull double duty soon as she prepares for Dancing With the Stars.

Dancing With the Stars debuted in 2005 on ABC, and has been one of the nation’s most popular competition shows ever since. The series pairs celebrities up with professional dancers, with each performing in front of an audience and various judges.
