The Transformers One streaming release date is highly anticipated, and viewers are wondering when they can start streaming the upcoming Transformers prequel.

Fans of the franchise are interested to see Transformers One as the film will depict the younger days of Optimus Prime and show how he and Megatron went from being friends to being enemies. Here’s when Transformers One could be coming out on streaming.

When is the predicted Transformers One streaming release date?

At the moment, Transformers One has a theatrical release date of September 13, 2024. Accordingly, fans of the Transformers franchise can expect the film to drop on streaming platforms by October-November 2024.

The reason for the October-November 2024 timeframe for Transformers One’s streaming release date is that Paramount Pictures releases its theatrical films on streaming platforms 45 days after the films exclusively run in theaters.

Transformers One will depict the early days of Optimus Prime and Megatron on their home planet of Cybertron and show how they went from being friends and brothers-in-arms to sworn enemies hellbent on getting rid of each other.

Transformers One will star the voices of Chris Hemsworth as Optimus Prime, Brian Tyree Henry as Megatron, Scarlett Johansson as Elita, Keegan-Michael Key as Bumblebee, Jon Hamm as Sentinel Prime, and Laurence Fishburne as Alpha Trion.

Is Transformers One coming out on streaming?

Transformers One will be available to watch via streaming on Paramount Plus.

Transformers One will stream on Paramount Plus because the distribution rights to the film are owned by Paramount Pictures, the company that owns the distribution rights to Transformers One.

Current Paramount Plus subscribers will be able to watch Transformers One when it drops on the streaming platform. A Paramount Plus Essential Plan that includes ads costs $6 a month and a Paramount Plus Premium Plan that also allows access to SHOWTIME costs $12 a month.

Transformers One’s official synopsis reads:

“The story of how a young Optimus Prime and Megatron went from being brothers-in-arms to sworn enemies.”
