According to Deadline, Shout! Studios has officially announced The Kill Room release date for the upcoming dark comedy thriller, which will reunite Pulp Fiction co-stars Uma Thurman and Samuel L. Jackson. The film is scheduled to arrive in theaters on September 28.

“Working with Uma, Sam, Joe, and the rest of this incredible cast was nothing short of amazing,” director Nicol Paone said in a statement. “I thank each and every member of the cast and our incredible crew for their inspired work and continued support of The Kill Room. We had so much to work with, thanks to Jonathan Jacobson’s extremely fun and original script, and I am thrilled to partner with Shout! Studios on the release and know our film is in incredible hands.”

Who’s Involved in The Kill Room?

The Kill Room is directed by Nicol Paone from script written by Jonathan Jacobson. Joining Thurman and Jackson are Joe Manganiello, Maya Hawke, Debi Mazar, Marianne Rendón, Mike Doyle, Dree Hemingway, Amy Keum, Candy Buckley, Larry Pine, Jennifer Kim, Matthew Maher, Tom Pecinka, Alexander Sokovikov, and more.

“It centers around a hitman, Reggie (Manganiello), his boss (Jackson), an art dealer (Thurman), and their money laundering scheme that accidentally turns the hitman into an overnight avant-garde sensation, forcing her to play the art world against the underworld,” reads the synopsis.

The film is produced by Thurman, Jordan Yale Levine, Jordan Beckerman, Jon Keeyes, Anne Clements, Paone, Dannielle Thomas, Jason Weinberg, Bill Kenwright, and William Rosenfeld.
