Temuera Morrison is no stranger to the world of Star Wars, with his most recent role coming in a brief cameo in Disney+’s Obi-Wan Kenobi.

“That was the best part of the whole Obi-Wan Kenobi show! I’m joking,” Morrison said of the cameo. “I really enjoyed that. Playing around in their storyline and their timezone – things are changing. I’m representing all that clone army that are no longer around anymore.”
Morrison played a down-on-his-luck Clone Trooper in Obi-Wan Kenobi, a role that saw Morrison return to a part that he played in the prequel trilogies (Morrison played Jango Fett, Commander Cody, as well as the Clone Troopers that were in the film). According to the actor, though, it was a nice opportunity to revisit the world of the prequels.
“It was a wonderful opportunity to pop in there and see what they’re doing across the room from where we were,” Morrison explained. “That came in handy, it worked out quite good to make a little cameo. I enjoyed working with Ewan again, going back to Attack of the Clones. We did all that [puts on clone character’s voice], “Hey, you! You came to see me and this army,” and all that stuff. It was a wonderful time.”

Besides his appearance as a Clone Trooper, Morrison also played an older version of the bounty hunter, Boba Fett, in both The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett.
