This year’s 26th issue of Weekly Shonen Jump has revealed that Six Paths Madara Uchiha will be the next character to join Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker.

Six Paths Madara is the first of five new characters to arrive as part of the fifth Season Pass for the game, which was originally released in 2018. Though no specific release date was given for Madara, the magazine said he will be available “soon.”

The last major update to Shinobi Striker came in February, when the game’s fourth season pass concluded with the inclusion of Boruto‘s Kawaki as a playable character. So far, 28 characters have been added to the game, with the Season Pass 4 pack introducing four new characters — Sakura Haruno (Great Ninja War), Nagato (Reanimation), Itachi Uchiha (Reanimation), and Sasuke Uchiha (Last Battle) — into the game

Alongside the new characters, Shinobi Striker will also receive stage renovations in summer 2022, which will see the game’s maps and landscapes updated to introduce new atmospheres and weather. Ninjutsu balances and other in-game improvements were also teased, with Bandai unveiling a roadmap in the video that promised the “renovation of Ninja Tools Shop, Ninjutsu Library” in spring, with stage renovations and other in-game improvements set for summer and winter 2022.
