The official Love Again trailer for Sony Pictures‘ upcoming romantic dramedy has been revealed, starring Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Sam Heughan. The film is scheduled to make its debut in theaters this May 12.

The Love Again trailer features a children’s book illustrator who is struggling to cope with the loss of her fiancé. To manage her grief, she sends messages to her late fiancé’s old phone number. Unbeknownst to her, the number has already been reassigned to a new person — journalist Rob Burns, who unexpectedly finds himself falling in love with a stranger. The video also teases the appearances of Nick Jonas and Celine Dion, whose music will be featured throughout the movie.

Love Again is written and directed by James C. Strouse, based on the 2016 German film titled SMS für Dich. The film stars Priyanka Chopra Jonas (Quantico), Sam Heughan (Outlander), Russell Tovey (Being Human), Steve Oram (Sightseers), Omid Djalili (The Mummy), Lydia West (Years & Years), Arinzé Kene (EastEnders), and Celia Imrie (Bridget Jones films), with Celine Dion as herself in her first major film role.

The film is produced by Basil Iwanyk, Erica Lee, and Esther Hornstein, with Dion, Doug Belgrad, Sophie Cassidy, Louise Killin, and Jonathan Fuhrman serving as executive producers.

“What if a random text message led to the love of your life?,” reads the synopsis. “In this romantic comedy, dealing with the loss of her fiancé, Mira Ray sends a series of romantic texts to his old cell phone number… not realizing the number was reassigned to Rob Burns’ new work phone. A journalist, Rob is captivated by the honesty in the beautifully confessional texts. When he’s assigned to write a profile of megastar Celine Dion, he enlists her help in figuring out how to meet Mira in person … and win her heart.”
