Fighting With My Family stars Nick Frost and Lena Headey are set to reunite in the upcoming comedic thriller film titled Svalta. Production is expected to begin sometime next year in Finland.

“Take a gentle English family and send them on holiday to a tiny Swedish island full of maniacs,” Frost said in a statement (per Deadline). “Simple. Not so much Nuts in May. More ‘Nuts in Mayhem’. After working with Lena in Fighting with My Family I couldn’t imagine anyone else in the world I’d want to play Susan. So I was absolutely thrilled when I heard she’d not only read the script but she actually liked it enough to do me the great honor of saying yes and once again being my on-screen wife.”

Svalta will be directed by Steffen Haars and Flip van der Kuil from a screenplay written by Frost, who will also serve as a producer. It is a production by Wayward Entertainment, Resolute Films, Film Service Finland, and XYZ Films.

“The film will follow a family on their summer vacation to a remote island with a dark past,” reads the synopsis. “There, they discover that a serial killer is on the loose and that unfortunately for them, the hostile locals have no interest in helping them.”

Frost is best known for comedic roles in Edgar Wright-directed films Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, and The World’s End, which he all co-starred with Simon Pegg. Meanwhile, Headey gained worldwide recognition for her acclaimed role as Cersei Lannister in HBO’s Game of Thrones series.
