Warner Bros. releases new posters from The Flash, including Michael Keaton’s Batman, Sasha Calle’s Supergirl, and Ezra Miller’s speedster.
At long last, the first full trailer for The Flash was released during Super Bowl LVII (as well as plenty of others), but with several months to go before the film is finally released, Warner Bros. has plenty of marketing in-store. The studio released a trio of new posters for The Flash, including Micheal Keaton as Batman, Sasha Calle as Supergirl, and Ezra Miller as the scarlet speedster.

Bogged down by shifting directors, production delays, and scandals involving its star, The Flash has been a long time coming, so it’s refreshing to see that the film is looking so promising. In fact, new DC Studios head James Gunn has claimed that The Flash is “probably one of the greatest superhero movies ever made.”
“Worlds collide in The Flash when Barry uses his superpowers to travel back in time in order to change the events of the past,” reads the official synopsis of The Flash. “But when his attempt to save his family inadvertently alters the future, Barry becomes trapped in a reality in which General Zod has returned, threatening annihilation, and there are no Super Heroes to turn to. That is, unless Barry can coax a very different Batman out of retirement and rescue an imprisoned Kryptonian… albeit not the one he’s looking for. Ultimately, to save the world that he is in and return to the future that he knows, Barry’s only hope is to race for his life. But will making the ultimate sacrifice be enough to reset the universe?“
In addition to Ezra Miller, the cast of The Flash includes Michael Keaton, Sasha Calle, Michael Shannon, Ron Livingston, Maribel Verdú, Antje Traue, Kiesery Clemons, and Ben Affleck. Nothing has been revealed regarding Ezra Miller’s future in the new DC Universe, but it would appear James Gunn and Peter Safran are waiting to see how The Flash is received. “Ezra is completely committed to their recovery,” DCU Studios co-CEO Peter Safran said. “We’re fully supportive of that journey that they’re on right now. When the time is right, when they feel they are ready to have the discussion, we’ll all figure out what the best way forward is. But right now, they are completely focused on their recovery. And in our conversations with them over the last couple of months, it feels like they’re making enormous progress.“
The Flash will hit theaters on June 16th.
