Jeremy Renner is on the mend, posting on social media not even three weeks after a snow plow accident left him in serious condition to give another update and detail some of his injuries.

In his Instagram post (which you can see below), Jeremy Renner wrote, “Morning workouts, resolutions all changed this particular new years …. Spawned from tragedy for my entire family, and quickly focused into uniting actionable love…I want to thank EVERYONE for their messages and thoughtfulness for my family and I …. Much love and appreciation to you all. These 30 plus broken bones will mend , grow stronger, just like the love and bond with family and friends deepens . Love and blessings to you all”.

The positive thoughts from Jeremy Renner have been welcome but are nothing new. Since the January 1st accident–after the actor exited a snowcat he was using to help a family member free their car from snow–Renner has posted on social media to provide updates on his condition. Two weeks ago, Renner posted a message of gratitude to his hospital staff. Before that, Renner posted on Instagram about his “spa day.”As a result of the accident, Jeremy Renner suffered “blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries.”

Much love and respect have been thrown Jeremy Renner’s way over the past few weeks. One of the most recent signs has been from the studio behind his series Mayor of Kingstown, changing promotional materials to remove bruises from his character’s face. Considering everything Renner is going through, the fewer bumps and scars fans see on his face, the better.

The second season of Mayor of Kingstown premiered on January 15th. Shortly after its debut, Jeremy Renner replied to the show’s official Twitter page, “Outside my brain fog in recovery, I was very excited to watch episode 201 with my family at home”, along with prayer and heart emojis.

With such a remarkable recovery and positive outlook, Jeremy Renner is proving to many fans to be a genuine superhero. Continue sending your positive vibes on his social media and in the comments section below!
