On the JoBlo Movies YouTube channel, we will be posting one full movie every day of the week, giving viewers the chance to watch them entirely free of charge. The Free Movie of the Day series is now entering its fourth week, and while the free movies are often horror, we’re getting this week started with something a little different. The film we’re sharing today, A Knight’s Tour, is set in a post-apocalyptic world, but it’s not a tale of action and adventure. It’s a drama. You can watch the movie over on the YouTube channel linked above, or you can just watch it in the embed at the top of this article.

The feature debut of writer/director Marvin Choi, who previously made several short films, A Knight’s Tour has the following synopsis:

In a post-apocalyptic world, a young man, J.D., and a detached hermit, Henry, attempt to form a friendship in the midst of swirling suspicions about J.D.’s checkered past and the threat of unseen invaders from the outside world.

The actors who play J.D. and Henry, Darnel Powell and Joseph Price, are the only two cast members. Choi has explained,

The movie is implicitly driven by the interaction between two characters, one who is so isolated that he resolves his emotional conflicts with hallucinatory episodes and another who has lived his life built upon so many lies and slights of hand that he is no longer sure what his true motivations are anymore.”

So take a look at A Knight’s Tour – it’s free! – and let us know what you thought of it by leaving a comment below or on the YouTube page.
