Discotek Media has announced that Digimon: Digital Monsters Season 1 is coming out later this year on Blu-ray.
While the series (known as Digimon Adventure in Japan) wasn’t broadcasted in HD, it has been upscaled via AstroRes to now be at 1080p. There will be two versions of the Digimon: Digital Monsters Season 1 Blu-ray. The first will feature the Fox Kids English dub. Later in 2022, an uncut Japanese version will also be released.

The Digimon: Digital Monsters anime was released in 1999 and aired on Fox Kids from 1999 through 2000.
