Danny Carey, do Tool, não está mais enfrentando acusações de agressão no Missouri, informou a Fox 4 Kansas City e a Pitchfork pode confirmar. O baterista havia sido preso em 2021 no Aeroporto Internacional de Kansas City após alegar briga com outro homem em um terminal. De acordo com uma multa emitida pela Polícia do Aeroporto de Kansas City, Carey havia “infligido lesões intencionalmente” usando repetidamente uma calúnia homofóbica e apontando os dedos para o homem com quem estava discutindo.
