Gigante vocalista Adam “Nergal” Darski e o partido político polonês PIS (Prawo i Sprawiedliwość / Lei e Justiça) não têm exatamente a melhor história. Darski esteve no tribunal várias vezes ao longo dos anos por acusações de blasfêmia e por usar o Emblema Nacional Polonês para ajudar a promover uma Gigante Tour. No caso deste último, Darski e a banda já foi absolvida pela segunda vez consecutiva.
Darski disse em um post no Instagram que Gigante foi levado de volta ao tribunal depois que o promotor recorreu da decisão, embora a banda tenha sido considerada inocente novamente. Darski também afirma que a batalha legal não acabou e que os fãs fiquem com os dedos cruzados.

“Isso começou há mais de 3 anos, quando um dos políticos do PIS sentiu que Gigante ofendeu o emblema nacional polonês com um desenho que foi usado para promover a perna polonesa de um Giganteo passeio. Obviamente, nada disso estava acontecendo. E tem sido tão claro para todos, exceto para os políticos de direita e seus fãs. No entanto, a politizada promotoria abriu uma investigação e nos acusou de insultar o emblema polonês.
“Há 3 anos foi realizada a primeira audiência no tribunal. Eventualmente, vencemos e fomos todos absolvidos. Então, o promotor recorreu e o tribunal de apelação revogou o caso para a 1ª.rua instância para reconsideração. E agora fomos absolvidos novamente! Mas a história continua, cruze os dedos. Ainda assim, é a segunda batalha vencida consecutiva!

Dave Jenks is an American novelist and Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Between those careers, he’s worked as a deckhand, commercial fisherman, divemaster, taxi driver, construction manager, and over the road truck driver, among many other things. He now lives on a sea island, in the South Carolina Lowcountry, with his wife and youngest daughter. They also have three grown children, five grand children, three dogs and a whole flock of parakeets. Stinnett grew up in Melbourne, Florida and has also lived in the Florida Keys, the Bahamas, and Cozumel, Mexico. His next dream is to one day visit and dive Cuba.
