A trailer for XYZ Films‘ upcoming action comedy, Hidden Strike, has been released. The film features an inspired team-up between Hong Kong legend Jackie Chan and pro wrestling icon John Cena.

This trailer shows off the chemistry between the duo, as they portray two ex-special forces soldiers paired together for a special mission in Baghdad. The film currently has no release date attached to it, but is expected to debut sometime this year.

Who’s the Cast of Hidden Strike?

Hidden Strike is being led by action veteran Jackie Chan and former WWE star John Cena. Joining them are Game of Thrones alum Pilou Asbæk and Amadeus Serafini. This marks the latest collaboration between Chan and Cena, who have both been cast to lend their voices in the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem movie.

Chan is no stranger to the buddy comedy genre, considering his iconic role as Chief Inspector Lee in Rush Hour. The fourth installment to Chan’s blockbuster franchise — which also stars Chris Tucker — is currently in development.

Meanwhile, Cena has a number of upcoming projects lined up including the highly-anticipated Barbie movie, the action comedy Grand Death Lotto, and the spy thriller Argylle. He is currently starring Fast X, which is now in theaters worldwide.

Hidden Strike is directed by Need For Speed and The Expendables 4 filmmaker Scott Waugh. “In the film, two ex-special forces soldiers […] must escort civilians along Baghdad’s “Highway of Death” to the safe Green Zone,” reads the synopsis.
