On the JoBlo Movies YouTube channel, we will be posting one full movie every day of the week, giving viewers the chance to watch them entirely free of charge. Today’s Free Movie of the Day is a special one, because it happens to be a documentary that we put together here at JoBlo and Arrow in the Head! This documentary digs into the various timelines that make up the Halloween franchise – which is why it’s titled The Timelines of Halloween – and you can check it out over on the JoBlo Movies YouTube channel, or you can just watch it in the embed at the top of this article.

The Timelines of Halloween was scripted by the team of Damion Damaske, Cody Hamman, Bryan Wolford, and Andrew Hatfield. The documentary was edited by Lance Vlcek and narrated by Shawn Knippelberg. Here’s a synopsis:

Halloween, a simple and effective slasher changed the horror game in 1978. John Carpenter, alongside Debra Hill, created one of the most iconic horror films in the history of cinema and ushered in the era of the slasher. Originally intended as a one-off, Halloween has lasted forty-three years, with many sequels, a stand alone entry that went wrong, a Rob Zombie remake (and its sequel) and yet another Blumhouse reboot with its sequels. The result? Countless timelines. And we explore all of them here.

The Timelines of Halloween was Produced by John Fallon and Lance Vlcek, and Executive Produced by Berge Garabedian.
