The first trailer shows off the game ahead of its release on October 21, 2022, for the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC, and details the three main characters in the game. First up is Anuradha Dahr, who goes by Anu, and is a scientist that can see complex calculations, probabilities, and more via her Tech Glasses.

Also starring in this game is Octavio Wallace Dahr, Anu’s adopted brother, who is a cocky member of Meridian City that has tons of access to all sorts of information. Finally, Fran Miscowicz is a gadget-loving character who uses her hoverchair to get around. She’s out for vengeance after her frogurt shop was destroyed by a rogue Maliwan laser, and is out not only for an insurance payout, but answers as to what happened.

Alongside the character trailer, a new 18-minute video showcasing some of the gameplay found in the newest Tales from the Borderlands was also shown off. For fans of the original game, and players who played any other Telltale Games project in the past, the gameplay shouldn’t come as much of a shock.
