John Wick 4

It’s been over three years since the third installment of the John Wick franchise, Parabellum, hit theaters. With John Wick: Chapter 4 due out in March, the hype for the return of one of the greatest action characters ever is higher than ever. Today, fans got a new poster for John Wick: Chapter 4, revealed at the Comic Con Experience in Brazil, which will conclude tomorrow. You can see the poster below:

John Wick fans have been getting trailers and posters over the past few months. It’s the least they could get to hold them over, since John Wick 4 was delayed from 2021 to 2023 due to the pandemic and Keanu Reeves’ The Matrix Resurrections obligations.

On the fourth installment, director Chad Stahelski–who also helmed the first three John Wick movies–said, “I think Chapter 4 is a good continuation of all three previous films, and it’s got a bit of a conclusion to it, which is great. We introduce a ton of new characters that have a lot to say about John Wick from his past and from, obviously, present. I think it’s brotherhood, it’s hope. It’s what the life would really be like as a bit of an existential crisis with John, and I think that’s the fun part of the movie.”

The official plot of John Wick 4: “John Wick (Keanu Reeves) uncovers a path to defeating the High Table. But before he can earn his freedom, Wick must face off against a new enemy with powerful alliances across the globe and forces that turn old friends into foes.”

But entry #4 isn’t the only John Wick installment on the calendar. Lionsgate will also release the spinoff movie Ballerina, set to star Ana de Armas and feature numerous actors from the series, including Keanu Reeves.

John Wick 4 arrives on March 4th, 2023.
