A deleted scene from this year’s Thor: Love and Thunder has been released, showcasing Thor and his friends looking for Zeus.

The new scene shows Thor, Valkyrie, and Korg arriving at Omnipotence City in search of Zeus. Instead, the trio find Dionysus, the youngest son of Zeus and someone who seems very much unwilling to help with much for a bit. It’s important to note that the deleted scene features very rough footage, including some cuts to the actors standing in front of a blue screen. The scene comes just ahead of the film’s release on digital storefronts on September 8, 2022, and on Blu-ray on September 27, 2022.

Check out the new Thor: Love and Thunder deleted scene below:

“The fourth installment finds Thor on a journey unlike anything he’s ever faced – a quest for inner peace. But his retirement is interrupted by a galactic killer known as Gorr the God Butcher, who seeks the extinction of the gods,” says the synopsis. “To combat the threat, Thor enlists the help of King Valkyrie, Korg, and ex-girlfriend Jane Foster, who – to Thor’s surprise – inexplicably wields his magical hammer, Mjolnir, as the Mighty Thor. Together, they embark upon a harrowing cosmic adventure to uncover the mystery of the God Butcher’s vengeance and stop him before it’s too late.”
