Ortiz, who has worked as an artist on past Marvel Cinematic Universe films like Black Panther, Doctor Strange, and Avengers: Endgame, took to Twitter to share work she did on a poster that was drawn early in the production stages of the sequel.

In the poster — which showcases multiple versions of Doctor Strange — Ortiz notes that one of them served as an early inspiration for one of the costumes used in the film, a costume that fans see right at the beginning of the film when they are introduced to a different universe’s Doctor Strange.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness sees the return of Benedict Cumberbatch in his role as Dr. Stephen Strange. This time, the Sorcerer Supreme will join Elizabeth Olsen’s Wanda Maximoff, who finally transformed into the Scarlet Witch during the WandaVision finale. The film was directed by Sam Raimi (Spider-Man trilogy) from a script written by Emmy-winning scribe Michael Waldron (Loki).
