The trailer is narrated by Rohan Kishibe and Koichi Hirose and is framed as though Koichi is explaining the game to Rohan. To start, Koichi describes the numerous power systems present in the game, from Phantom Blood and Battle Tendency‘s Hamon to Stardust Crusaders and onwards’ Stands.

The different gameplay mechanics are then delved into, such as assists and other important features that add depth to combat. Finally, the varied game modes are showcased. Everything from online versus mode to arcade mode is shown off, with the many visually distinct unlockables also briefly seen.

Possibly due to the age of the original game, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R will not feature rollback netcode or crossplay support, although it does let players on Xbox and PlayStation fight no matter what generation of the console they’re on.
